Sunday Morning

Went to church this morning @ Eternal in Baxter Village. It was really refreshing and reminded me so much of the church I went to at home. It was nice to sit back and let someone else's words roll on to me, no since of ownership or commitment - just sorta obeserving, listening to God, drinking my coffee and resting. I loved it. It reminded me of walking through the park and listening to a sermon on podcast or hanging out having a good conversation with a friend - I mean in the since of it had the same sort of vibe.
It's interesting how every church has it's own interpretation of the gospel and what it means to share that with others. We all have so much to bring to the table in our own ways - with the gifts that God has given us. I love to watch the body of Christ be the body of Christ in that sense.
Yey for church.
Now I have a hankering for a good game of ultimate frisbee or wiffle ball, maybe some bbq too. Anyone in?
