good morning all. here i am at 7:00am at CLT awaiting another flight to Kansas City. Why you ask? Weren't you just there Jenn? Well, yes, yes I was.
I got a phone call this morning from my sister and dad notifying me that my grandpa had passed away sometime in the middle of the night. My mom thought he was just sleeping in and she shook to wake him up and regretfully he never did. So here i am, flying away for a little over a week - again.
Death is a foreign thing to me. The only other person in my life who has died was my other grandpa, Don Seifert. I'm sad about it but more for my grandma and mom than anything. Grandparents death is sort of always looming, always a possibility.
He was a great man. He was 91 years old and loved the Lord so much. Every time he would pray he would cry. He would thank God for everything that our family had, and asked the Lord every night to bless us.
Oh I guess it's time to board. Hum. More about Howard later...
