the letter that affected the wedding singer

Well, Kesha's pictures have been unveiled. They are beautiful - of course - it was a beautiful wedding. I may post some more up later (though i always feel weird doing that because it's sort of the bride's territory, not mine to be posting all over the world wide web) but I thought I would start off this post with me as the Wedding Singer.
Because, well, I have been known to sing a diddy or two in a teary-eyed wedding moment.
And speaking on the topic of weddingish things-- today I got one of the most meaningful letters I have ever been given. I will leave it's author's identity concealed except to say it was from someone who's family has played a big part in my life in the past 2 years. In it she explained a lot of personal life experiences - mostly about her life as a twenty something wondering how it was all going to unfold. Particularly how her love life was going to unfold... (Which by the way is a question I have felt a little weird about admitting that I have been asking. But you all know it's true.) As I read, It was beyond encouraging to listen to the stories. They made me feel loved and understood. And so privileged to know someone with a wealth of wisdom would take the time to type out 6 pages of her life and the lessons it has held. It's one of those things I'm going to hold on to for the rest of my life.

Taking others on our journeys with us is so vital. I need to do more of that. Le sigh...I love how life can be so personal sometimes. Kindaaa like a good wedding song. haha. okay okay I couldn't help but try and tie it all in. Even if it was cheeseball.
